Green Peppercorn and Mushroom Sauce
2 small onions or shallots, finely diced or grated
200g button mushrooms, halved
30g Western Star Butter
150g Anchor Cooking Cream
150g chicken or vegetable stock
120g Mainland Tasty Shredded Cheese
1/2 tspn dijon mustard
1 tspn green peppercorns

Melt Western Star Butter in a saucepan and cook onions or shallots and mushrooms until soft. Add Anchor Coooking Cream and stock, then simmer until reduced by 1/3.
Add Mainland Tasty Shredded tasty cheese, mustard and peppercorns and stir until cheese has melted. Serve with steak or vegetables.
