Creamy Asparagus Rigatoni
400g rigatoni
150ml Anchor Cooking cream
100g Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan
1 bunch asparagus, sliced
1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters
Anchor Culinary CreamPerfect Italiano Parmesan
Cook rigatoni until al dente. Warm Anchor Cooking Cream then add Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan and asparagus. Mix pasta, cream mixture, cherry tomatoes and parsley. Season with pepper.
