Smoked Salmon Baguette
100g cream cheese
100ml Anchor Cooking Cream
20ml lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
4 baguettes
100g mesculin
½ cucumber, sliced
200g smoked salmon
¼ bunch chives, chopped
Anchor Culinary Cream
Heat and mix cream cheese and Anchor Cooking Cream. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
Cut baguettes in half. Spread with cream cheese mix, then layer with cucumber, smoked salmon and mesculin.
Top with cream cheese mix and sprinkle with chopped chives.
